Lazarus has been given a new title: Missiologist-at-large for Pioneers. In this role he facilitates missiological reflection for the whole organization, which includes training and representing Pioneers in all international consultations and conferences. Rachel is a lecturer at the Theological College of Central Africa, exclusively teaching pastor's wives.
