Discipleship Training is an intensive learning environment that includes Bible and theological courses offered on Sunday mornings or during the week, seminars, and conferences. Our goal is to make the Bible and theology accessible to everyone through transformative learning environments within the church.
Sunday Morning Courses
Grace to Deal With Loss (February 8-March 15 at 9:00 AM)
Loss is one of life’s inescapable realities. It is so much a part of the human experience, it’s like the air we breathe. Loss forces us to realize that even the good things we want and enjoy are fragile, temporary and unrecoverable. Yet God meets us in our loss and gives us others to share the sorrow of our losses with. We are all companions in the same essential battle, dealing with the same essential questions.
Adults and students (6th grade on up) are invited to join us on Sundays at 9:00 AM beginning February 8 for a 6-week course that provides a biblical framework for understanding loss and equips us to help others.
Wisdom to Resolve Everyday Conflict (March 22-April 26 at 9:00 AM)
Adults and students (6th grade on up) are invited on Sundays at 9:00 AM beginning March 22 to a 6-week course on resolving everyday conflict. We will learn a biblical model for handling the inevitable conflict we find ourselves in with friends, family, coworkers, fellow believers, and even strangers.
