Women’s Ministry is committed to weaving principles of biblical womanhood into our daily lives and watching their effect on the church and community that God might be glorified.
Summer Refresh Series
Tuesday evenings in June from 6:30-8:15PM
Come be refreshed in mind, body, and spirit! Evenings will include your choice of an outdoor walk or indoor activity, followed by a discussion of a Psalm. On June 11th we will host a special event: ”Anxiety: Help and Hope.”
Each week will be unique, so come to as many as fit your schedule or interest. Please sign up for each evening individually in the church foyer beginning May 19th. Join us and be refreshed! Better yet, invite a friend to come, too!!

Women's Bible Study

Tuesday mornings, 9:30-11:30 AM (childcare provided)
OR Tuesday evenings, 6:30-8:00 PM (no childcare)
New this year in Women's Bible Study - Two Tracks
Designed for participants who are new to studying the Bible or are exploring Christianity. You will read the scripture passage and then answer the same basic questions of the text each week, plus 2-3 questions from the study guide. Estimated about 1 hour of homework each week.
Participants will discuss most of the questions form the study guide. Estimated about 3-4 hours of homework each week.
Women's Prayer Hour
9:00-10:00 AM (when Women's Bible Study is not meeting)
8:30-9:30 AM (when Women's Bible Study is meeting)
Meet at the church to pray and be disciplined in prayer as we lift up the needs of NCBC.
Ministries / Events
Meal Ministry - Provides meals for those who through sickness or arrival of a new baby need help in this practical way. Online sign-ups available through “Take-Them-a-Meal.”
Shower Ministry - All the women of the church can participate in this ministry of fellowship, edification, and providing real household needs of either a bride or a first-time mother. Watch the church bulletin for shower dates.
