The Youth Group is taking a summer break from the regular Wednesday schedule beginning June 17 through August 5, but don't miss the special events in the Summer Schedule (pdf). New 6th graders are welcome to join begining August 5 at the Mini-Golf Kick-Off!
Summer Getaway (July 29)
- Who: completed 6th-12th grade students and friends
- What: a day at Warren Dunes State Park in Sawyer, MI
- When: July 29, 7:45 AM-8:00 PM
- Cost (applied towards bus transportation and dinner)
- Early bird rate: $40 (use code EARLYBIRD at checkout. Code expires June 10!)
- Regular rate: $50 (paid during registration)
Mini-Golf Kick-Off (August 5)
- Who: New 6th-12th graders and friends!
- What: mini-golf, pavilion, snacks, and prizes
- Where: Pottawatomie Park in St. Charles. Meet at the River Pavilion (adjacent to the River View Miniature Golf Course, between the parking lot and the Tower Pavilion).
- When: Wednesday, August 5, 6:30-8:30 PM
- Cost: $8 (paid during registration)
Youth Group - Wednesdays
The Youth Group at New Covenant meets on Wednesday nights from 6:30-8:00 PM and seeks to help 6th-12th grade students take steps toward Christ. Each week we have games, worship music, teaching, and small group discussion. Whether you are already a Christian or not, we'd love for you to join us as we have fun together, build good friendships, and learn and grow together.
Psalm 145:4 says “One generation shall commend Your works to another.” At New Covenant Bible Church, we love the next generation and desire to see them raised for God’s glory. We seek to serve families who are raising teens to bring glory to God through Spirit-transformed lives by the beauty and power of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Youth Group Vision
Our goal in youth group is to engage, evangelize, establish, and equip students. We want to see each student take steps toward maturity in Christ and learn how to “look to the left” so they can help others.
